Great Job Ladies! Way to hit the nail your mount!

Glitter and Glitz meet at convention center at 8:45 a.m. on Sunday.

Glamour meets at 9:45.

Thanks so much for the wonderful Valentine's gifts. The coaches were all so happy to have the yummy treats and the sweet surprises. Many thanks!

yah we won!!! OK that mount that we were working on is tough. and we aren't used to it. but it is going to look much better than the other one. the yo yos will actually look like yo yos!!! flyers need to work on holding their own legs up. i heard micala say quite a few times of how heavy your legs are and thats just your legs so imagine how heavy it is for your bases when you aren't tight. bases make sure your flyer is comfortable in the air give them a flat surface to stand on and catch them when they come down. that is my biggest pet peeve is when bases don't catch their flyer and they hit the floor. catching your flyer will give them more confidence in the air. great job hitting it with just working on it a few hours.
everyone needs to work hard on their tumbling including those who already have level 3 skills. i want our tumbling to be perfection. i know i have to work on getting my legs together in my bhs. we all need to work hard to get the job done.
we all need to work on not snapping at each other when we are given advise. i know i have to work on that myself. i get really frusterated when things aren't hitting the way i want and i apologize if i have snapped at you.
good job ladies for rockin out americheer. we worked hard to get there. i will miss you hannah!!!! i love you so much!!!!
