Tell us how you're doing....

Glitz,

Tell us what you feel confident about and what you feel concerned about for Indy. This will help the coaches coordinate practice for Tuesday and Wed.

If they know what worries you...they can help you work on it so you feel confident.

Don't forget about the Animal Parade in Indy. We'll do it on Saturday night. Bring your zebras, cheetahs and etc. It'll be fun!

Cheers,
Coach E

Oh, I am so excited for the parade in Indy! Some of you have never experienced it. It's a lot fun!
I cleaned out my closet this weekend and found all my favorite zebra print clothing. I am so excited!!
Heather says y'all hit your mount the first try on Sunday. That's quacktastic!!! We knew that you could do it!
Get on here and tell us how you're feeling! For those of you who haven’t been Indy is a VERY large competition. Lots of teams means lots of people out there watching you. I love it!
Diana and Eva were the only two people at extra mile last night the week before a massive competition. Remember that you have Thursday’s extra mile too. If you are feeling nervous about anything remember that you have extra mile practices. You can work on your tumbling if there is something that you are concerned about. But remember that extra mile isn't just about tumbling. If you have a stunt that isn't hitting you can bring your stunt group in and work it out. If you don't feel comfortable about the dance it's your chance to get in there and practice it a million times with just the coaches before you have to do it in front of hundreds of people!
Kelcee and I can tell you first hand, that sometimes stunts, in particular, need extra attention. You can work on it at practice, but sometimes it just isn’t enough time. There are plenty of times that our stunt groups would make arrangements to come in early, stay late, work on it on Friday night in someone’s back yard, we even found a church that would let us practice there. Just because your stunt physically stays in the air doesn’t mean it’s perfect. The good news for you guys is that you don’t have to find time or practice in someone’s yard. You have extra mile practice! You have two hours a week, in the gym, that you can come to work on ANYTHING that you want. I would have just loved to have had that. If you feel nervous about something and are not able to make it to extra mile let the coaches know. We will make sure that you have time to get in the practice that you need.
Indy is a very special competition, we want you to feel as comfy as can be with your routines! Let us know what you need to make that happen so that we can work on it on Tuesday and Wednesday in practice. If you want the extra time to work on stuff get your panther behinds to extra mile on Thursday. It will be your last chance to work on stuff before you jump in the car on Friday! Oh it’s getting close!!!

I'm so excited for Indy! Especially the animal print outfits!!! btw, I don't have a lot of print so I'm going to have to borrow from someone.
The competition itself I'm excited for! This is gonna be a good year, I can feel it. It may not be well in practice, but We will be in a whole different state. A state that been putting us in the top 5 with more competitors in our division. So let's have more confidence!!!
I'll see ya guys in INDY!!!

Hey I agree with Eva. We can do this routine. We just need to have confidence and not get mad at others because the stunt or routine itself didn't work. First find out what the problem was, then try to fix it. Don't place blame on just one person. Know that everyone, including us flyers, are just as nervous as anyone else on the team is. We can do well at this competition so let's really give it all we've got!

By the way, I only have one animal print thing and that's a skirt so I'll need to borrow too. Thanks!
