Attention All Panthers:
This weekend the Glitter team will be attending their big competition at Kalahari. The schedule has just been release and they will performing at 10 am both Saturday and Sunday. Awards are scheduled for 12:30 pm for Sunday. There has been a lot of glitz/glamour that have said you may be traveling to cheer on our Glitter gals this weekend. We just love how you are supportive of all the Panther families! We will be adjusting the Sunday practice so those of you that want to cheer on the Glitter team can do so and make it back to practice in time as well. Not to mention the coaches will need time to return to the gym to be there for practice as well. The following schedule will be the times for this Sunday:
Glamour 4:30-6:30
Glitz 6:30-9:00
Thank you in advance for making this change. We understand that it is less than a weeks notice of the change but the schedule was just released on Monday and updates are still possible. I will send out the final schedule to everyone for this weekends performance times in case you are planning a trip to cheer them on!
PS> Don't forget to send your Glitter buddy a good luck note for this weekend!

You guys have done a great job working some harder skills.
Avery I am so impressed that you were able to keep a lickin and keep on tickin on Wednesday. You got your world rocked twice and just got back up. That's what being a base is about. Working bigger stunts means people are going to get hit. I am proud of you for putting your money where your mouth is and working hard.
Sabrina is just rockin it out. You're workin super hard and we have noticed. I will also say that although Sabrina makes those double downs look like she has the “easy button” in her back pocket, she has taken a few good hits too. Way to hang in there.
I wish I could tell any of you that you get a stunt and then won't get hit any more but that simply isn't the case. Hard stunts are hard because things can, and often do, go wrong. Getting hit at practice working on hard stunts is a right of passage. Welcome to cheerleading.
Wear your bumps and bruises like a badge of honor. I am very proud of the work that this team has shown that they are willing to put in.
I am excited about the changes to the beginning of your routine, I think that it will really make a difference for you. Lets practice hard, this team honestly has the potential to be really good. Remember one of my favorite sayings, first place is earned at practice, we just show up to the competition to pick up the trophy
